If you decide you want to appeal a decision made in Immigration court, you only have a short period of time. Whether asylum claims, Cancellation of Removal, or other forms of relief an appeal allows you to challenge a decision you feel is incorrect.
Si usted decide que quiere apelar una decisión hecho en la corte de inmigración, tiene un periodo corto para hacerlo. Sean reclamos de asilo, casos de Cancelación de Deportación u otros casos en corte, una apelación permite poner en duda una decisión que usted cree es incorrecto.

If you lost your appeal before the BIA, you may bring constitutional challenges in a Petition for Review before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. You may also present a Petition for Review after having failed an Immigration Judge Review of a negative Credible Fear Determination.
Si usted perdió su apelación en frente de la banca de apelaciones, puede traer decisiones de inmigración a la corte de apelaciones en el noveno circuito sobre temas constitucionales. Estas apelaciones se llaman peticiones para revisión. También puede presentar una petición para revisión si perdió una revisión del Juez de inmigración de una determinación negativa de miedo creíble.

After receiving an order of deportation, there are circumstances where you may ask for your removal case to be reopened. There are very strict time limits, so if you are interested in reopening your removal case you should schedule a consultation right away.
If you have a pending appeal, you may ask for your case to be sent back to the lower court.
Después de recibir una orden de deportación, hay circunstancias por las cuales usted puede pedir que abren su caso de corte de nuevo. Hay limites muy particulares en reabriendo un caso de corte, así que si está interesado en reabrir su caso de corte, debe de agendar su consulta lo más pronto posible.
También si tiene una apelación pendiente, puede pedir que su caso sea regresado a la corte menor.
