Ella Rawls is an immigration attorney based out of Tucson, Arizona and founder of the non-profit Arizona Justice For Our Neighbors. She has a background in non-profit organizations, and private practice. Ella is experienced in cross-border issues in the Arizona/Sonora region, focusing on asylum issues and access to counsel.

Ella started her solo practice, ER Immigration Law, PLLC, in April 2025. She has a client-centered approach through which she advises her clients about the complex immigration system and affirms each client’s agency in their decision-making. She has a passion for working on humanitarian cases, especially with women and children who are seeking freedom from oppression and persecution.

Ella has a background in representing clients before USCIS, EOIR, ICE and in Pima County Superior Court in guardianship matters. She has represented clients before the Board of Immigration Appeals and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
